A TikToker influencer who self identified as a “supreme villain” has been charged after he not only stole pesticides, but then filmed himself spraying the chemicals on meat and produce in Walmart.

Charles Smith, known as Wolfie Kahletti online, was arrested on December 21st after he posted a video of the dangerous prank online, shopping himself spraying pesticides on the food in an Arizona Walmart.

Since then, the 27 year old “has been indicted by a federal grand jury on one Class 4 Felony count of Burglary in the Third Degree, and two Class 6 Felony counts of Adding Poison or Other Harmful Substance to Water, Food, Drink, or Medicine.”

According to reports, the punk is also facing misdemeanor counts of  Endangerment and Criminal Damage.

If convicted on all charges, the Phoenix News Times reports Smith could face between two and nine years in prison and up to a $155,000 fine.

Court documents obtained by People state that it was only after Smith saw “comments online saying how horrible the act was” that “he decided to return and collect the items.”
