An OnlyFans porn star plunged to her death in Brazil while filming a threesome with two men on a hotel balcony.
Anna Beatriz Pereira Alves, better known as Anna Polly, was found dead on the ground floor courtyard at an upscale hotel called Mont Blanc Apart Hotel, which is just northwest of Rio de Janeiro.
According to reports, Brazilian authorities are looking into the details surrounding the 27-year-old’s death. Her two male scene partners allegedly have different stories when it comes to what happened during the final hookup.

The costars, who are also OnlyFans performers, were released after questioning — but the Baixada Fluminense Homicide Unit hasn’t ruled out foul play just yet.
Anna’s boyfriend, Pedro Henrique — who wasn’t part of the incident — took to social media, heartbroken and hoping investigators get to the bottom of what happened.
